I bought sneakers in Germany, wore them for less than 5 months and they became unsuitable for wearing and now the store is refusing to return them due to “incorrectly selected shoes,” although the shoes were selected in accordance with the manufacturer’s recommendations. In Germany, the warranty for such products is two years, but in this case New Balance can refer to any product as “incorrectly selected”, referring to its internal company policy.
Nb can you pls sponcer me I'm a Cricket player and I am wearing your shoes only .
